Paint Guard Removal

1 mile of paint line guarding.
1 three-man crew.
15 days and out.

To help renovate a manufacturing plant, ProBusS was called in to remove one mile of paint line guarding –all of it elevated, of course. And there was no time to spare.

Designed to protect workers and equipment below a paint conveyor line, over five thousand feet of paint guard constructed of 4' X 4' heavy gauge fencing and angle iron twisted and turned its way through the plant. With the conveyor line removed, the task fell to ProBusS to carefully but quickly remove the paint line guarding, separate the components and manage materials recycling. (ProBusS can work with a client's waste management suppliers or arrange for recycling and disposal services.)

A crew of three ProBusS professionals brought in a scissor lift and fork lift and completely removed the guard system in ten-foot lengths.

The job took just three weeks –including hauling the components to gondolas for recycling and complete clean-up. Not a stray bolt was left on the hand-swept factory floor. ProBusS also provided on-the-job project management at no extra charge, a ProBusS exclusive.

The client was happy, if not especially surprised: it's the third paint guard line ProBusS has removed for the company.
